House work

Being a stay at home dad can get really boring. I'd rather be out there working as a carpenter. Work has slowed down so I put the wife to work at a regular job. Staying at home with my son is fun except when it's so cold you can't take him outdoors and play. We were just hit with over two foot of snow. Tomorrow will be in the high thirty's time to ride the snowmobile again with my buckaroo buddy. My son can't wait.

Boat covers

My son and I were just a day late bundling up to go outside. We had just purchased a tarp to cover up our nineteen foot cuddy cabin sunbird boat. The problem was we knew that there was a snow storm coming the night before. When we awoke that morning we had about six inches of snow. So we went back inside to borrow mama's broom to sweep off the boat. After we sweep off the boat and coverd it with the tarp  we wanted to make sure the ski doo MXZX would start up in case we got more snow.  We really need about a foot of snow before we start riding.With a little gas down the cylinders it fired right up just waiting for more snow 

Snow in New York

The snow in New York is incredible. You can get lost in it. Shoveling all the time to get out of the driveway then getting stuck in it. But there is a lot of fun in it too.Taking the kids sliding, going skiing in the mountains. drinking hot chocolate to get warm by the fire, making snowmen by rolling the snow till it makes big balls and stack them.
